Transport Options to Carriageworks

We are incredibly excited to be hosting Sydney Ceramics Market 2024 at the historic Carriageworks, in a larger venue 4x the size of our last venue!

We strongly advise all visitors to catch public transport to Carriageworks this weekend. We will be located at Bays 22–24, 245 Wilson St, Eveleigh NSW 2015.

Please reference the map below for a visual guide.

πŸš‚ TRAINS
Carriageworks is easily accessible by train. Walk 8 minutes from Redfern Station, 10 minutes from Macdonaldtown Station or 15 minutes from Newtown Station.

🚌 BUSES
Bus routes 422, 423, 426, 428, 370, 352 stop on City Road at Codrington Street, just a 5-minute walk from Carriageworks.

πŸš— PARKING
There is very limited on-site parking (very very limited!), including accessible parking bays. If you must drive, we strongly encourage you to pre-plan where you will park. You may also wish to park along the train line at another location to then catch public transport for the remainder of the journey, or opt to book a ride share.

πŸš• TAXIS
Taxis and rideshare services can enter at 229 Wilson Street for level access entry via Carriageworks Way.

🚲 BIKES
There are bike lanes on nearby streets and bike racks on Wilson Street at the top of the stairs, near the main entrance.

🦽SITE ACCESS
Carriageworks precinct is wheelchair accessible, and the market is fully indoors on ground level. An access ramp leading to the main entrance is located at street level at 245 Wilson Street. Service animals are welcome throughout the precinct. Baby changing facilities & indoor bench seating are also available.
